The Martelli Round-About Base and Cutting Mat are like no other Turntable out there!
The Mat is slightly larger than the very sturdy, stainless steel ball bearing base so it won't flip as you cut!
The cutting mat is a different material than our commercial-grade mats, meaning that it is not self-healing and you can not iron on it. (Use our Round-a-Bout ironing top or 16" Wool Pressing Mat.)
The mat has our get-a-grip material on the back side so you can use it with the base or in a stationary manner. It is also small enough to take with you on trips and use for classes.
