At Cut Up and Sew, we’re proud to offer expert sewing machine service and professional longarm quilting — all under one roof. Whether your machine needs a tune-up or your quilt needs finishing, our experienced team is here to help.

Sewing Machine Service & Repair

We provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for a wide range of sewing machines. From sergers and embroidery machines to vintage Singers, our skilled technicians are equipped to diagnose and resolve most issues, ensuring your machine runs smoothly.

While we service most sewing machine brands, please note that parts availability can be limited for some brands less than five years old. If you have questions about your specific machine, we’re happy to help guide you.

Not sure what’s wrong with your machine? We offer diagnostic evaluations to identify issues and recommend the best course of action. You’ll receive a clear explanation of any necessary repairs or maintenance before work begins.

We are a certified repair shop for Baby Lock, BERNINA, and Janome. From routine maintenance to complex repairs, we’re committed to restoring your machine to optimal performance.

We do not service industrial sewing machines. If you’re unsure whether your machine qualifies, please contact us before drop-off.

$55 for all machines (required at check-in).
This fee is applied toward the total cost of your service or repair.

Annual service includes a full cleaning, oiling, and adjustment.
Does not include replacement parts or advanced timing repairs.

  - Small Computerized machines (up to 15”) - $130
  - Medium Computerized machines (15.1” – 19”) - $150
  - Large Computerized machines (19.1” +) - $170

• Embroidery-Only Machines: $160

• Serger / Overlock / Coverstitch Machines: $150

• Multi-Needle Embroidery Machines: $300

• Longarm Machines: $250 (must be brought into the shop)

We offer discounted 3-year service plans to help keep your machine running smoothly year after year.

Professional Longarm Quilting Services

Let us help you finish your quilt beautifully with our professional longarm quilting services, now available at Cut Up and Sew.

Edge-to-edge quilting starts at $0.0275 per square inch
Custom quilting is available at $0.08 per square inch
Minimum charge: $60

Drop off your quilt top, backing, and batting at either location. Batting and supplies may be purchased at the time of drop-off. Pick up your finished quilt at the location most convenient for you.

All longarm quilting is completed at our St. Augustine location but you can drop off and pick up in Palm Coast.
