Diagnostic Services:
Unsure of what’s wrong with your machine? We offer diagnostic services to identify issues and recommend the best course of action. Our team will thoroughly assess your machine and provide a detailed report on necessary repairs and maintenance.

Certified Repair Shop:
As a certified Baby Lock, Bernina, and Janome repair shop, we have the skills and knowledge to restore your machine to its optimal condition. Whether it’s routine maintenance or a more complex repair, we’re committed to delivering quality service and ensuring your machine operates at its best.

Exclusions:
Please note that we do not service industrial sewing machines. If you’re unsure about your machine’s compatibility, feel free to contact us for guidance.

Service Fees:
Our pricing is competitive and transparent. Please refer to the servicing fees listed below for a complete breakdown of costs. If you have any questions or require a specific service, don’t hesitate to reach out.

• Diagnostic/Drop-off Deposit Fee: $50
  • For all machines and must be paid up front at the time of check in.  This fee is applied to the total cost of service/repair.
• Annual Full Service/Clean, Oil & Adjust: 
  • Sewing Only: $110
  • Serger/Overlock/Coverstitch: $140
  • Embroidery Only/Sewing & Embroidery Combo: $160
  • Multi-needle Embroidery: $225
  • Long Arm Machines: $300 (must be brought into shop)

Annual Service does NOT included replacement parts or advanced timing issues.
