Create a Beautiful Quilt Top with Just a Layer Cake and Background Fabric!

Join Joann for a fun and relaxed quilting class to celebrate the end of summer! This beginner-friendly project uses a simple disappearing block technique that transforms a 10" layer cake and 3 yards of background fabric into a stunning quilt top. Want to use up some scraps instead? That works too!

In this class, you’ll learn how to create elegant blocks with minimal cutting and sewing, making it the perfect way to wrap up your summer sewing with a finished quilt top you’ll be proud of.

What You’ll Need:

• One 10" layer cake OR a combination of scraps!

• 3 yards of background fabric 

By the end of the day, you’ll have a beautiful quilt top and some great memories with your fellow quilters. Don’t miss out on this fun way to close out the season!

• Classes canceled by Cut Up and Sew will be fully refunded to each student or, if preferred, students may receive store credit.

• If you are unable to make a class or event, please contact Cut Up and Sew 72 hours/3 days prior to the start date of such class or event to receive a full refund.

• There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours/3 days before the start date of a class.  Your class fee can be applied towards another class or returned in the form of store credit.

• There are no refunds on class fees for "Special Event" or outside teachers/classes within 30 days of the event date unless we can fill your spot with another person. 

• Refunds will not be provided for "No Shows".

• If you have a major emergency and need to cancel your attendance at a class, up to the time of such class we will work with you to either make up the class or provide you with a store credit.
